Investment Qualification Criteria


At Hector Advisory, we selectively partner with businesses that demonstrate operational maturity, long-term vision, and genuine investment readiness. To ensure alignment with our investor network, prospective clients are generally expected to meet the following criteria:


1. Legally Established Business

The business must be a duly incorporated legal entity, whether in Thailand or internationally, with a clear ownership and corporate structure.


2. Proven Industry Experience

The founder, business owner, or core management team should possess no less than seven (7) years of relevant industry experience in the business sector for which funding is being sought.


3. High-Potential Startups

For startup businesses, Hector will consider opportunities that demonstrate strong growth potential, scalability, alignment with global market trends, clean energy initiatives, environmental sustainability, technological innovation, or measurable social impact.


4. Minimum Capital Requirement

The business must be seeking investment capital of THB 10 million or above, which represents our minimum engagement threshold for fundraising mandates.


5. Openness to Strategic Equity Investment

The business must be open to accepting investment through equity participation, including strategic investors acquiring a minority ownership stake in the company.


6. Commitment to Corporate Governance

The business owners and management team must be willing to operate under sound corporate governance principles, legal compliance, financial transparency, and internationally acceptable business practices.


7. Investment Readiness and Full Cooperation

The business must be prepared to provide accurate documentation, financial information, operational data, and full cooperation throughout the investor review, due diligence, and fundraising process.
